The pull up/chin up is the last of the pillar exercises we’ll be covering with Dr. O.
The pull up and chin up are similar exercises, but the pull up is performed with a wide, overhand grip and the chin up uses a narrow, underhand grip. Both of these exercises target the lats, but the chin up also engages the biceps. Watch the full video to learn how to perform each properly.
