Five Mocktail Recipes for an On-plan Cinco de Mayo

Cinco de Mayo is traditionally a drinking holiday, but if you're on a diet, or trying to reach a fitness goal, you probably won't be drinking. If you find yourself looking for a drink that keeps you on a diet and keeps you sociable, try these top 5 Cinco de Mayo Mock-tails.
Cinco de Mayo Enhanced Mock-arita
No Cinco de Mayo festivities are complete without a margarita, so even a non-alcoholic one counts. To make this delicious mocktail, you'll need the following:
- 1 cup of orange juice
- Two-thirds of a cup of grapefruit juice
- 1 squeeze Garcinia Liquid Water Enhancer in Lemonade flavor
- Bar salt (for the rim of your glass)
- Lemon and lime slices
Salt the rim of your margarita glass, then toss all of the ingredients into a blender, along with ice. Blend until thoroughly mixed together, then pour into a margarita glass and garnish with a lime or lemon wedge.

Delicious and creamy, this frozen mocktail even looks alcoholic. Perhaps the best part about this recipe is that it only requires these few ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of vanilla rice milk
- 1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk

Agua Fresca is popular in Mexico. Make it interesting with a burst of watermelon flavor. To mix up a glass of Watermelon Agua Fresca, you're going to need:

- 3 cups of seedless watermelon
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
