Start with 20 minutes a day, 4-5 times a week, and then increase it depending on how you feel. Cardio will help increase your metabolism, which will help you burn calories. It's a simple tip, you just have to do the work!

Like coffee, green tea has many benefits, one of them being weight loss. Green tea contains small amounts of caffeine, but it is also loaded with powerful antioxidants called catechins, which are believed to work synergistically with caffeine to enhance fat burning!
